Considered to Disturb Comfort, Jaksel Residents Report Padel Field Project to Police

JAKARTA - Feeling disturbed by the padel field development project in the Permata Hijau area, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, a resident reported to the police.

Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto, confirmed this. He said the victim, accompanied by his legal advisor, had reported to the Metro Jaya Police.

The report was recorded with the number LP/B/863/II/2026/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, dated February 2, 2026.

"Yes, the report has been received," he said in his statement, Tuesday, February 24, 2026.

Budi said the report was related to the alleged crime of disturbing the peace and order due to the construction of a padel court in Kebayoran Lama. In his report, the suspicion imposed was Article 265 of the Criminal Code.

"The handling has been delegated to the South Jakarta Metro Police for further processing," he said.

In the report, the victim Agatha Anne Bunanta explained that in front of her house on Jalan Kalimaya Permata Hijau Blok A/20, Grogol Utara, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, a padel court construction project managed by PT Primatama Construction has been underway since December 25, 2025. The work is said to have been carried out until late at night.

The victim has also written to the local lurah and mediation has been carried out. However, the project continued at night, even until dawn.

Feeling disturbed and harmed, the reporter finally came to the SPKT of the Metro Jaya Police to make a report for the investigation process.

"Reported in the name of Ainul as Project Manager of PT Primatama Construction and Syarif from PT Prisma Prestasi Sinergi," it read in the report.
