Disnaker warns workers who cannot get THR Eid 2026 Report to the Kemnaker Application

Lebak - The Lebak Regency Manpower Office (Disnaker), Banten Province, opened a religious holiday allowance (THR) complaint post for company workers/workers in the local area.

Head of the Lebak Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office, Dedi Lukman Indepur, said that the local government had distributed a letter of appeal to all companies to comply with the Minister of Manpower Regulation (Permenaker) 6 of 2016 regarding Religious THR for workers.

"We ask workers/workers if the company does not provide THR to report complaints to the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker)," he said in Lebak, Tuesday, quoted by Antara.

Indepur emphasized that workers who did not receive the 2026 Lebaran THR from the company could also report to the Ministry of Manpower through the "poskothr.kemnaker.go.id" application.

Complaints to the application, will later be followed up by the Ministry of Manpower to the Banten Provincial Manpower Office, then continued to the company concerned.

According to him, currently, the number of companies registered in Lebak Regency is recorded as 220 companies.

However, he said, most of these companies are engaged in trade, industry, financial services, financing services, plantations and others.

Therefore, companies must comply with providing THR payments for workers and laborers.

"We ask all companies that have paid THR to report and attach a letter stating proof of payment of THR to workers," he said.
