In fact, the selling price of the AVR equipment from PT Emerson to KSO PT Austindo-Truba Engineering was only IDR 15.79 billion, resulting in a loss of state finances as well as an unfair profit to KSO PT Austindo-Truba Engineering of IDR 2.69 billion.
"There are two eyes of the project from two budget eyes that were carried out by the suspects with a state loss of approximately Rp. 15 billion," said Pola.

"The suspect is detained for the next 20 days starting from February 10, 2026 until March 1, 2026, and is placed in the Bengkulu Class IIB detention center," said Pola.
