Police Arrest Perpetrators of 4 SPBU Tuban Employees

Tuban - The Tuban Police investigated a case of abuse suffered by four employees of a public fuel filling station or SPBU in Parangbatu Village, Parengan District, Tuban Regency, East Java.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Tuban Police, AKP Bobby Wirawan Wicaksono Elsam, said the four gas station employees who were victims of persecution were VPF (23), AN (32), PS (48), and RW (48).

Meanwhile, the reported or suspected perpetrator of the persecution, with the initials SJ (54), is a resident of Kumpulrejo Village, Parengan District, Tuban Regency.

"Tuban Police have investigated the case of abuse experienced by an SPBU employee by identifying the scene of the crime (TKP) and asking for the testimony of witnesses," said Bobby as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, February 10.

He explained that the case of abuse began when employees checked the stock of fuel oil (BBM) at the Parangbatu gas station on Saturday (7/2) evening at around 18.24 WIB.

When checking the fuel stock, the gas station employee could not serve the fuel purchase.

Then, the reporter SJ came to the SPBU to fill Pertamax type fuel, while the VPF (SPBU operator) had asked SJ to wait a moment because there was a check on the fuel stock.

"However, the reporter was angry and got out of the car, then pulled the collar of the shirt, hat and hit the VPF's face," he explained.

Knowing the action, continued Bobby, AN who was the supervisor of the local gas station tried to reconcile the two, but was also reported to have hit AN's stomach and face.

Meanwhile, PS (48) who intended to settle was also beaten and kicked by the perpetrator until he fell. Meanwhile, RW (48), his face was also beaten by the perpetrator when he tried to settle the fight.

As a result of the persecution, the victims experienced dizziness, pain in the face, lips, and neck.

"After the incident, AN as the supervisor of the gas station reported the act of persecution to the police and (the accused) has been prosecuted," he said.
