Prabowo Moment Gives Presidential Coins to Swiss Guards

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto gave a Presidential coin to the Swiss Government's bodyguards who accompanied the Head of State during the series of visits to the 2026 World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland.

Reported by ANTARA from the Cabinet Secretariat's Instagram account (@sekretariat.kabinet), Friday, January 23, the moment took place before President Prabowo departed for Paris, France, to continue the state agenda, at the Zurich International Airport, Friday local time.

"Before taking off, President Prabowo took the time to greet one by one the Swiss Government guards who escorted him during the visit, and as a form of remembrance, the President always gave souvenirs in the form of Presidential coins," wrote the post.

Based on a statement uploaded to the Cabinet Secretariat's Instagram account, President Prabowo took the time to greet the Swiss guards one by one just before the presidential plane took off for Paris.

The presidential coin was given as a form of remembrance for the escort provided during the implementation of the WEF agenda in Davos.

President Prabowo's visit to Davos, Switzerland, was previously filled with the presentation of the "Prabowonomics" economic concept in the 2026 WEF forum.

After completing the agenda, the President continued his journey to Paris to hold a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron.

The plan for President Prabowo's meeting with President Macron is scheduled to take place on Friday afternoon local time. After completing the agenda in Paris, President Prabowo is planned to return home immediately.

It is known that President Prabowo and his entourage took off for Paris using the presidential plane, at 13.51 local time.

The President was accompanied by his son, Ragowo Hediprasetyo Djojohadikusumo and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya on the flight to Paris.

The President's departure to Paris was released by Foreign Minister Sugiono, the Indonesian Ambassador to the Swiss Confederation, Y.M. I Gede Ngurah Swajaya, the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Indonesia to the United Nations in Geneva, Y.M. Sidharto R. Suryodipuro, and the Indonesian Ground Attaché for France and Switzerland, Kol. Arm. Aji Nugroho.
