KPK: Hiswana Migas Chairman Requests Re-examination Schedule

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said the General Chair of the National Association of Oil and Gas Entrepreneurs (Hiswana Migas) Rachmad Muhamadiyah (RM) asked for a rescheduling after being summoned as a witness today.

"Regarding the matter of the digitalization of gas stations, today (Monday, 5/1) the KPK has scheduled an examination of RM's brother. The witness asked to be rescheduled," said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo at the KPK Red and White Building, Jakarta, Monday, January 5, reported by ANTARA.

Budi said the KPK then scheduled to examine Rachmad Muhamadiyah on January 6, 2026, namely for the investigation of the alleged corruption case in the procurement of the digitalization of public fuel filling stations (SPBU) at PT Pertamina (Persero) period 2018-2023.

Previously, the KPK revealed that it had begun investigating a case of alleged corruption related to the SPBU digitization project at Pertamina for the period 2018-2023, by summoning a number of witnesses on January 20, 2025.

On the same date, the KPK revealed that the case had risen from the investigation stage to the investigation since September 2024.

In addition, the KPK also revealed that it had named suspects in the case, but had not yet disclosed the number.

The KPK only announced the number of suspects in the case on January 31, 2025, namely three people.

On August 28, 2025, the KPK revealed that the investigation into the digitalization of gas stations had entered the final stage, and was calculating the financial losses of the country together with the Indonesian Financial Supervisory Board (BPK).

On October 6, 2025, the KPK announced that one of the suspects in the case of the digitalization of gas stations was the same as the suspect in the case of alleged corruption in the procurement of mesinelectronic data capture at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia or BRI (Persero) in 2020-2024, namely Elvizar (EL).

Elvizar is known to be the Director of PT Pasifik Cipta Solusi (PCS) when the case of the digitalization of gas stations, and the President Director of PCS in the EDC machine case.
