Budi said the KPK then scheduled to examine Rachmad Muhamadiyah on January 6, 2026, namely for the investigation of the alleged corruption case in the procurement of the digitalization of public fuel filling stations (SPBU) at PT Pertamina (Persero) period 2018-2023.
