JAKARTA - The Head of the TNI AD Information Service (Kadispenad) Brigadier General TNI Donny Pramono ensures that his party will enforce the applicable law in investigating the death of Pratu Farkhan Syauqi Marpaung who was allegedly abused by fellow members of the TNI AD.

According to Donny, the TNI has never tolerated acts of violence committed by soldiers against the community or against fellow members.

Donny continued that so far the investigation process in the TNI internal has been carried out based on the applicable provisions. The TNI AD has also detained several parties suspected of being involved in the act of persecution.

"The suspected involvement of senior soldiers has been followed up by securing the person concerned and conducting a thorough investigation by the relevant command element," he explained.
