Jokowi's Political Existence Continues to be Safeguarded During the False Degree Case is Not Complete

JAKARTA - Political observer, Adian Radiatus, assessed that the political existence of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo in the public space will continue to be maintained as long as the case of the alleged fake diploma is not complete and there is no final legal decision.

According to him, if there is an election for the figure of the leader of the Indonesian political star category, then in 2025 it was practically achieved by Jokowi, especially regarding the case of his diploma which is still a controversy between fake or original.

"For me, it seems that no institution can complete the case of Jokowi's diploma, even the court once," Adian said in his statement, Sunday, January 4.

He revealed that this diploma case made Jokowi appear as if there was no day without netizens discussing it on various social media platforms such as X, Facebook, Instagram, media links, and various WhatsApp Groups.

"There are many pros and cons during Jokowi's administration of this country, but the most noisy is the issue of the validity of his diploma," he continued.

Moreover, at this time the case of the diploma not only involves Jokowi and Roy Suryo cs as suspects, but has dragged the Democratic Party, especially the name Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. Even the Democratic Party also intends to bring charges if SBY is related to the case to the legal realm.

"The Democratic Party has also issued a statement that it will provide a summons to parties who associate SBY in the Jokowi diploma case. This further provides a 'stage' for the Jokowi diploma case, even though Democrats have reasoned to clean SBY's name," said Adian.
