Despite Being Discontinued, the Police Still Process Inara Rusli's Report

JAKARTA - Selebgram Inara Rusli officially withdrew a report of alleged fraud against Insanul Fahmi who had previously reported to the Polda Metro Jaya. The withdrawal of the report was carried out after both parties agreed to take a peaceful path.

This was confirmed by the Head of Public Relations (Kabid) of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto. He said Inara Rusli came directly to the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimum) of the Metro Jaya Police on Monday, December 29, 2025, afternoon.

"Yes, that's right. Today at around 13.00 WIB, the reporter came to Krimum to submit a letter revoking the police report because he had reconciled with the reported," said Budi when confirmed by the media.

However, Budi revealed that the withdrawal of the report did not necessarily stop the legal process. According to him, investigators will continue to handle the case.

"Meanwhile, investigators will call the reporter to ask for clarification and then a title of the case will be carried out to ensure legal certainty for the case," he explained.

Previously, celebrity Inara Rusli withdrew the report of alleged fraud that she filed against Insanul Fahmi, the husband of Wardatina Mawa, at the Polda Metro Jaya.

Accompanied by her legal advisor, Inara went to the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya on Monday, December 29, 2025, to file a report of withdrawal and a request for restorative justice.

According to Inara, the decision was made after a peace process was taken through mediation and family meetings.

"Because we have made peace and gone through the mediation process yesterday with Buya Yahya. Our families have been reunited and in the future there will be a follow-up family meeting. So I chose to withdraw the report and apply restorative justice," he said.
