"Regarding Kiai Ma'ruf Amin resigning, it has been a long time," said the Head of the Information and Technology Communication Unit of the PKB DPP, Ahmad Iman Sukri, as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, December 24.
Iman explained that Ma'ruf Amin had also submitted his resignation to the Chairman of the DPP PKB Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar.
"Yes, he conveyed to the Chairman of the DPP PKB that he would uzlah (self-exile to focus on worship to Allah SWT, ed.)," he said.
