JAKARTA - Indonesia strongly condemns the acts of violence that occurred on Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, on December 14, 2025 which resulted in casualties and injuries.

The Indonesian Consulate General (KJRI) in Sydney has also urged the Indonesian people to remain vigilant following the shooting on Bondi Beach.

"The Indonesian Consulate General in Sydney urges Indonesian citizens in the New South Wales region to remain vigilant, avoid the location of the incident, and follow the instructions of the Australian authorities," said the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a written statement.
