PANDEGLANG - Pandeglang Resort Police (Polres) arrested a biological father with the initials AT (40), a resident of Saketi District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten, for a case of sexual violence.

The AT perpetrator forced his 14-year-old biological daughter until the victim is now seven months pregnant. This heinous act was revealed to have taken place repeatedly from 2022 to December 2025.

The Head of the Pandeglang Resort Police (Kapolres) AKBP Dhyno Indra Setyadi confirmed the arrest of the biological father. An intensive investigation has been carried out after this case was reported to the police.

This case began to emerge after the school reported to the mother of the SF victim, AT's daughter, who did not attend school for two weeks. During an examination at home, the mother found SF was seven months pregnant. This discovery was immediately followed up with a report to the police.

Based on the results of the examination, the perpetrator was proven to have intercourse with his biological child accompanied by elements of threat.

"The perpetrator threatened the victim if he did not want to serve, then he would not recognize the victim as his child. This action was carried out repeatedly for approximately three years," said AKBP Dhyno, Wednesday, December 10.

The perpetrator, who has been divorced from his wife since 2019, lives at home with the victim. AT admitted that his actions were carried out because of lust and often lured the victim with pocket money. The first action was carried out when the victim had a sedan to sleep in the house they lived in together.

The police have secured the perpetrators and continued the investigation process. Currently, AT is charged with the Child Protection Act with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.
