President Prabowo Scheduled To Meet President Putin Today, Discuss Strategic Partnerships To International Issues

JAKARTA - President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto is scheduled to hold a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin during a working visit to Moscow today.

In his upload, the official Russian Presidential website wrote, President Putin will hold talks with President Prabowo during a working visit to Moscow on Wednesday (10/12).

"The talk will focus on issues related to further development of strategic partnerships between Russia and Indonesia, as well as some of the latest international and regional issues," the Kremlin wrote on its website as quoted Wednesday (10/12).

Previously, President Prabowo made a working visit to Pakistan on December 8-9. On this occasion, the two countries signed seven cooperation documents and a memorandum of understanding (MoU).

Last June, President Prabowo made a two-day working visit to Russia. However, at that time President Prabowo was received by President Putin at the Konstantinovsky Palace, St. Petersburg.

The two leaders on this occasion emphasized their joint commitment to strengthening Indonesia-Russia's strategic partnership, following the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
