Kali Ancol Meluap Akibat Banjir Rob, Akses Jalan RE Martadinata Ke Stadion JIS Terisolir

JAKARTA - Jalan RE Martadinata, which is the main access to the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), Papanggo Village, Tanjung Priok District, North Jakarta, was again submerged by tidal flooding on Sunday, December 7, afternoon.

"The water level is 10 cm due to the tidal wave. Until now it is still under treatment," said Head of the DKI Jakarta BPBD Pusdatin, Mohamad Yohan when confirmed.

Even though it was again flooded due to the tidal wave, the RE Martadinata road can still be passed by a number of two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles.

"The DKI BPBD appeals to the public to remain careful and alert to potential inundation," he said.

BPBD DKI Jakarta said that it had coordinated with the SDA Office, Bina Marga Service, Gulkarmat Service to extract tidal puddles.

BPBD targets that the tidal inundation in the area recedes in a short time.

Rian, a jukir around the location of the tidal puddle, said that the flood inundated Jalan RE Martadinata came from the overflow of the Ancol River due to the tidal wave phenomenon. The water then hit the road since Sunday morning.

"Yes, it has been overflowing since Ancol this Sunday morning. Big motorbikes can pass but slowly, if many duck motorbikes strike," he said.

Sementara itu, petugas Sudin SDA Jakarta Utara sudah berada di lokasi genangan rob untuk melakukan penyedotan air menggunakan pompa portable.

Berdasarkan informasi BMKG Stasiun Meteorologi Kelas I Maritim Tanjung Priok tentang peringatan dini banjir pesisir (Rob) tanggal 01 - 10 Desember 2025, adanya fenomena pasang maksimum air laut bersamaan dengan fenomena fase Bulan Purnama dan Perigee (Supermoon) yang berpotensi meningkatkan banjir pesisir atau rob di wilayah pesisir utara Jakarta.
