Head of the Palembang SAR Office Raymond Konstantin said the four-year-old boy named Galang bin Gani was reported missing on Thursday (4/12) at around 14.00 WIB.

He said that at that time the victim was bathing on the edge of the river with her mother, then her mother went up to take the toiletries that were left at home.

"While bathing alone and being released from observation, the victim was suddenly dragged by the river current. Residents who saw the incident tried to provide help, but the victim's body sank quickly," he said in Palembang, Friday, which was confiscated by Antara.

"No more than 24 hours of searching, the team managed to find the victim," he said.
