Officially Supervise Perumda Pakuan Jaya Market, Ian Mulyana Ready To Evaluate Troubled Contracts

BOGOR - Ian Mulyana has been officially appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Regional Public Company (Perumda) Pasar Pakuan Jaya, Bogor City for the 2025 2029 term. This certainty was marked by the signing of the Integrity and Performance Agreement in the Sura Wisesa Paseban Room, Bogor City Hall, Tuesday (25/11), witnessed by the Regional Secretary of Bogor City, Denny Mulyadi.

After the signing, Ian Mulyana emphasized that he immediately worked quickly. "After this signing, I will step on the gas to carry out my supervisory duties on Perumda's performance," he said.

Ian said that the mandate of the Mayor of Bogor, Dedie Rachim, was very clear, carried out an evaluation of the performance of the board of directors and reviewed the cooperation contracts of third parties which were suspected of harming the company. According to him, the evaluative step is crucial to increase income as well as improve efficiency.

He added that Perumda was not only required to print a profit, but also to carry out social functions as stipulated in Regional Regulation Number 18 of 2019 concerning Perumda Pasar Pakuan Jaya.

Bogor City Secretary, Denny Mulyadi, in his direction instructed Ian as a member of the Supervisory Board who was only able to carry out the supervisory function effectively.

"The Supervisory Board must ensure that the company's governance runs well and provide constructive advice to the board of directors for the progress of Perumda. We hope that Pak Ian's presence can strengthen supervision and bring Perumda Pasar Pakuan Jaya to a better performance," said Denny.

The Bogor City Government hopes that this appointment will strengthen the synergy of the Supervisory Board and directors, for the sake of professionalism, transparency, and improvement of Perumda Pasar Pakuan Jaya services to the public.
