KPK Summons 2 Suspects In The Corruption Case In The Procurement Of BJB Bank Ads Today

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned two suspects for alleged corruption in the procurement of advertisements at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk or Bank BJB (BJBR) today, Tuesday, November 25.

Those who were summoned were Ikin Asikin Dulmanan as the controller of the Antedja Muliatama and Cakrawala Kreasi Agency and Raden Sophan Jaya Kusuma as the controller of PT Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama (CKSB) and PT Cipta Karya Mandiri Bersama (CKMB). Even so, they will be questioned in their capacity as witnesses.

"The KPK has scheduled witness examinations related to alleged corruption in the procurement of advertisements at the West Java and Banten Regional Development Banks (BJB)," said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo to reporters in a written statement, Tuesday, November 25.

Budi has not detailed the examination material of the two. "The examination was carried out at the KPK's Merah Putih building," he said.

Meanwhile, based on the information gathered, Ikin has fulfilled the investigator's summons since 08.59 WIB. Meanwhile, Sophan data was around 08.56 WIB.

Previously reported, the KPK has named five suspects in connection with allegations of corruption in the procurement of advertisements at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk or Bank BJB (BJBR).

They are former President Director of Bank BJB Yuddy Renaldi; Head of Bank BJB Corporate Secretary Division Widi Hartoto; Agency Controller Antedja Muliatama and Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri Ikin Asikin Dulmanan; Agency Controller BSC Advertising and PT Wahana Semesta Bandung Ekspres (WSBE) Suhendrik; and Controller of PT Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama (CKSB) and PT Cipta Karya Mandiri Bersama (CKMB) Raden Sophan Jaya Kusuma.

This case investigation warrant (sprindik) was issued on February 27, 2025. The actions of the five suspects are suspected of having caused the state to lose up to Rp22 billion.

Currently, the detention has not been carried out on five suspects. However, they have been prevented from traveling abroad for six months and can be extended according to the needs of the investigation.

In handling this alleged corruption, investigators have searched a number of places. One of them, Ridwan Kamil's private house and confiscated a Royal Enfield motorcycle.

Then also confiscated Mercedes Benz 280 SL or Mercy Pagoda from a workshop in Bandung City. Later, investigators found out that this car was bought by Ridwan Kamil from the family of the 3rd President of the Republic of Indonesia B. J. Habibie.

However, this car was then handed over to Ilham Habibie as the son of B. J. Habibie. The KPK said the return was made because Ridwan Kamil had not yet completed the sale and the money that had been paid had previously been handed over.
