The North Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) has again confiscated Rp113.43 billion from the alleged corruption case in the sale of PTPN I Regional I assets by PT Nusa Dua Propertindo through operational cooperation (KSO) with PT Ciputra Land.

Head of the North Sumatra Attorney General's Office, Harli Siregar, said the confiscation was part of the return of state losses by PT Nusa Dua Propertindo.

"Today, investigators from the North Sumatra Attorney General's Office confiscated Rp113,435,080,000. As a return on state financial losses from PT Nusa Dua Propertindo," said Harli in Medan, Monday, November 24, as reported by ANTARA.

Previously, on October 22, 2025, investigators had also received a state loss refund of IDR 150 billion.

With the latest return, Harli said the total state losses of Rp263,435,080,000.

"The total state loss based on expert calculations of Rp263,435,080,000.", he said.

Harli explained that the state loss arose because PT Nusa Dua Propertindo did not fulfill the obligation to hand over 20 percent of the HGU land which changed its status to HGB, which was allegedly due to the evil consensus between a number of parties.

In this case, investigators have named four suspects, namely Irwan Warin Angin as Director of PTPN II for the period 2020-2023, Iwan Subakti as Director of PT Nusa Dua Propertindo peride 2020-present, Askani as Head of the North Sumatra BPN Regional Office for the period 2022 2024, and Abdul Rahim Lubis as Head of the Deli Serdang Regency Land Office for the period 20222025.

Harli said that the return of state losses is part of law enforcement which is not only repressive, but also prioritizes a balance between justice and benefit.

"In addition to the deterrent effect, the recovery of state assets is also important to ensure consumer rights and ensure business activities continue to run according to legal provisions," he said.

He appealed to the public, especially housing consumers related to the project, to remain calm and not be provoked by illegal control of assets that are currently in legal proceedings.

"The refund will be confiscated and entrusted to the Other Shelter Accounts (RPL) of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office at Bank Mandiri Medan Branch as part of the legal process," he said.
