In addition to the work sector that can be adjusted through training and coaching of the Ministry of Manpower, he said, the characteristics of workers from Indonesia have also been liked by European companies, making it easy to adjust.
"Indeed, workers from Indonesia, whether they are interns or working abroad, they are liked because earlier, the people are polite and ready to work," said the Minister of Manpower.
Minister of Manpower Yassierli emphasized the implementation of the STAR acronym (Santun, Tangguh, Adaptive, and Rajin) for Indonesians who want to work or internship abroad, so that they succeed and return to the country with more experience and skills without stumbling into problems.
