President Prabowo Subianto inaugurated Dwiarso Budi Santiarto as Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (MA) for Non-Judicial Affairs at the State Palace, Jakarta.

Dwiarso's inauguration as Deputy Chair of the Supreme Court for Non-Judicial Affairs was stipulated in Presidential Decree (Keppres) Number 101/P of 2025 concerning Dismissal with Respect to the Deputy Chairperson of Supervision of the Supreme Court and the Appointment of Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court for Non-Judicial Affairs.

The inauguration procession took place at 15.00 WIB, Monday, November 10. President Prabowo witnessed the procession of reading Dwiarso's oath of office.

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. By Allah I swear that I will fulfill the obligations of the Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court for Non-Judicial Affairs as well as possible and fairly as possible, uphold the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and carry out all laws and regulations as straight as possible according to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, and serve the homeland and nation," said Dwiarso's oath of office in front of President Prabowo.

After that, President Prabowo led the oath taking for two other state officials, who were also sworn in today at the State Palace, namely Prof. Arif Satria as Head of the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), and Vice Admiral TNI (Ret.) Prof. Amarulla Octavian as Deputy Head of BRIN.

"That I will be loyal to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and will carry out all laws and regulations as straight as possible for the sake of my service, to the nation and state. That I, in carrying out my duties, will uphold the ethics of my position, work as well as possible, with a full sense of responsibility," said President Prabowo.

After taking the oath, each of the newly inaugurated officials continued to sign the minutes of the inauguration, with President Prabowo. Then, the national anthem of Indonesia Raya was sung at the State Palace.

After that, President Prabowo greeted the newly inaugurated officials one by one, followed by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Chairman of the Indonesian People's Consultative Assembly Ahmad Muzani, and deputy ministers of the Red and White Cabinet, National Police Chief General Pol. Listyo Sigit Prabowo, TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto, and other state officials who attended today's inauguration ceremony.
