SEMARANG - Semarang Police are hunting for the alleged perpetrators of fraud using the mode of making songs using artificial intelligence (AI) with the initials FH (50).
Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Semarang Polrestabes AKBP Andika Dharma Sena said the perpetrator, who is a resident of East Jakarta, was reported to the police by the victim who was both involved in the music world.
According to him, the alleged crime itself occurred around October 2024.
"The case has been a long time ago. The Semarang Polrestabes was also sued for pretrial, but it was rejected by the court," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, November 6.
When investigators came to his house, the perpetrator turned out to have fled.
Andika said the criminal case itself began when the victim ordered a song from the perpetrator using music from manual arts.
