Prabowo Idol The Former President Of South Korea General Park Chung Hee, A Figure Of Korean Industrialization

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto admitted that he idolizes the former President of South Korea (South Korea), General Park Chung Hee, because he has great services in encouraging industrialization and economic development in his country.

"One of my idols that I exemplify is General Park Chung Hee, the President of Korea who is leading the development of Korean industrialization," Prabowo said when inaugurating PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia's operations as the largest petrochemical factory in Southeast Asia in Cilegon, Banten, Thursday, confiscated by Antara.

Prabowo admires Park's figure as a leader who is clean and not corrupt, and is able to instill a good work culture in South Korea.

The President considered this example exemplary in building a government that was clean and with integrity.

On that occasion, Prabowo expressed his hope that the government he leads can be an example for future generations in upholding the principle of government that is free from corruption.

The Head of State said his assistants in the Red and White Cabinet worked with the same spirit to make this happen.

"I thank these assistants for working well and they also want to continue, want to set an example for the next generation of clean, non-corrupt governments, so that we can carry out massive development," he said.

Prabowo added that a clean government is an important asset in carrying out massive development.

Trust from foreign nations and companies, according to Prabowo, can be built when Indonesia shows its commitment to integrity in the administration of its government.

The President gave an example of the trust given by big companies such as Lotte Group which invests in Indonesia with a value of tens of trillions of rupiah.

"For example, today Lotte, a company may be one of the largest in the world, perhaps, its assets are 100 billion US dollars and how much are they investing in us? IDR 65 trillion, yes. So I say here that this is an example," said the President.

President Prabowo Subianto inaugurated the operation of PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia as the largest petrochemical factory in Southeast Asia located in Cilegon City, Banten.

The project, which is being worked on by a South Korean company, is the fifth factory on a global scale, which is the largest modern petrochemical facility in Indonesia.

In his remarks, President Prabowo said that today's inauguration agenda was a proud achievement and the government was committed to continuing to support foreign investment.

"I am Prabowo Subianto, President of the Republic of Indonesia, inaugurating PT Lotte Chemical Indonesia, located in Cilegon, Banten," he said when inaugurating the LCI operation.
