JAKARTA - US President Donald Trump throws a psychedir, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro's term of office will end soon amid rising tensions and the increasing presence of the American military in the Caribbean.
In an interview with program 60 Minutes on CBS News which aired on Sunday (2/11), Trump was asked by host Norah O'Donnell whether Maduro's term as president would not be long.
"I will answer yes. I think so," he replied, denying the possibility of a fight against Venezuela.
However, Trump declined to say whether the issue of potential ground attacks in Venezuela was true or not.
"It looks like I wouldn't say I would do that," he said, without giving further details as reported by ANTARA from Anadolu.
On Friday, Trump also denied reports of media attacks on military installations in Venezuela imminent, and told reporters he had not made a decision on the matter.

Washington accuses Maduro of leading the Cartel de los Soles, the South American country-based criminal group.
