The Owner Of The BGN Logo Car That Transported Pigs Is Policed

JAKARTA - The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) reported the owner of a labeled car and the National Nutrition Agency which was used to transport chicken and pig livestock to the police.

"I have asked the Regional Coordinator (Regional Coordinator) to report to the police, because of the misuse of BGN's name and brand," said Deputy Head of BGN Nanik Sudaryati Deyang as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, October 30.

Nanik explained that BGN's decisive step was when responding to questions about the existence of content in the mass media featuring cars with national Nutrition Agency labels and writings to bring chickens and pigs.

"We ensure that the car does not belong to BGN, and also does not belong to one of the BGN kitchens," he said.

Based on the monitoring of the Deputy for Monitoring and Supervision (Tauwas) Team, the incident occurred in South Nias Regency, North Sumatra. The vehicle belongs to the Fahasara Dodo Jamekowa Lasori Foundation. Until now, the foundation is still not a partner of BGN.

Nanik said, the Fahasara Dodo Jamekowa Lasori Foundation is a local foundation that has just volunteered as a potential partner of the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG). However, until now the Foundation has not been verified.

They are still in the process of submitting. This means that they do not have a cooperation bond with BGN," said Nanik.

Based on observations on social media, the viral video was known to have been recorded on October 24, 2025. The video was then uploaded to the Facebook page on October 30, 2025. Once uploaded on the Facebook page, the video then spread to several social media platforms.

The Regional Coordinator (Korwil) of BGN South Nias, North Sumatra, has met and directly confirmed this issue to the car owner. Korwil then held the owner accountable for using the SPPG logo and the National Nutrition Agency as a car attribute, while they have not become BGN partners.
