Roads In Jakarta Inundated Due To Rain This Afternoon, A Number Of Transjakarta Routes Diverted

PT Transjakarta diverted routes and temporarily stopped operations on a number of its services due to a number of roads being inundated after heavy rains that flushed Jakarta this afternoon.

"Transjakarta apologizes for the inconvenience that occurred," said Head of the Public Relations Department and CSR Transjakarta Ayu Wardhani in a written statement, Thursday, October 30.

As is known, in the weather forecast released by the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) today, the entire capital city is predicted to experience rain in the afternoon and evening.

The affected routes are as follows:

1. Route 5N (Ragunan 'Kampung Melayu) was diverted because the Kambing Market area was flooded. For the time being, it does not serve Bus Stop Gang Haji Abdul Wahab and Bus Stop Pasar Buncit.

2. Jak.03 Microtrans (Lebak Bulus Andara) For the time being it does not serve Bus Stop Margasatwa 2, Bus Stop Timah Margasatwa, Bus Stop DDN, and Bus Stop SDN Pondok Labu 11 because there is a puddle of water as high as 30 50 cm on Jalan Andara Raya.

3. Jak.31 Microtrans (Blok M Andara) For the time being does not serve Bus Stop Margasatwa 1, Bus Stop Timah Jalan Margasatwa, and Bus Stop SBR Akper Fatmawati Pondok Labu due to flooding on Jalan Timah.

4. Jak.37 Microtrans (CililitanCondet via Kayu Manis) For the time being, it does not serve Bus Stop Simpang Haji Ali, Bus Stop SDN Tengah 05, Bus Stop Gang Masjid Al-Istiqomah, Bus Stop Simpang Kramat Barat, Bus Stop Kelurahan Tengah, Bus Stop Gang Al-Mawadah, and Bus Stop Masjid Al-Bariyah due to flooding on Jalan Haji Ali.

5. Jak.75 (Cililitan' Pulo Village) Microtrans temporarily does not serve Bus Stop Ring 1, Bus Stop RPTRA Kampung Pulo, and Bus Stop Jalan Haji Sidan. This is due to puddles of water as high as 50 cm on Jalan Sumur Jambu so it cannot be passed.

6. Jak.93 Microtrans (Jeruk Purut'Kebayoran Lama) For the time being, did not serve Bus Stop Pasar Inpres and Bus Stop SD Gandaria due to flooding on Jalan Inpres.
