Police Arrest Thugs Of Truck Executors At Sunda Kelapa Toll Exit

JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the Penjaringan Metro Police arrested a thug in the 'pak ogah' mode who often abused truck drivers at the derivative of the Sunda Kelapa Toll Road, Penjaringan District, North Jakarta, Thursday, October 30, 2025.

The perpetrator is known to have the initials EF (37), a resident of Penjaringan, North Jakarta. When arrested, the police confiscated money belonging to the perpetrator, which was allegedly the result of illegal levies.

When questioned, the perpetrator argued that he had committed an act of bullying. He said that he was only given money voluntarily by passing motorists.

Even so, the EF perpetrators were still secured to the Penjaringan Police Headquarters for further investigation.

The Head of the Penjaringan Metro Police, AKBP Agus Ady Wijaya, confirmed the action.

"We are moving quickly to follow up on public complaints. Currently, the suspect has been arrested," said AKBP Agus when confirmed, Thursday, October 30, 2025.

Investigators from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Polsek Metro Penjaringan alam conducted an in-depth investigation to ascertain whether the perpetrators had elements of extortion in these activities.

"We will also coordinate with the Social Service for social handling of the person concerned," he said.

In addition, the police also asked for information from a number of witnesses around the scene.

The police chief appealed to the public not to carry out traffic management activities without authority, because it could endanger themselves and other road users.

"The public is also asked not to hesitate to report if they find extortion practices in the jurisdiction of the Penjaringan Metro Police," he said.

Currently, the Penjaringan Police Criminal Investigation Unit is still hunting for a man with the initials K (DPO), a friend of AF.

"Initial K is still in the process of being searched by the police," he said.
