Police Still Endus The Existence Of Australian Foreigner's Wife Missing In East Lombok Inn

The East Lombok Police are still searching for the wife of a foreign national (WNA) from Australia named Fitri Rosita who was reported missing at the Sajang Village inn, Sembalun District, East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province.

"The report has been received and the case is still being investigated," said Head of Public Relations of the East Lombok Police AKP Nicolas Oesman in East Lombok, Thursday, confiscated by Antara.

The incident occurred on Sunday, October 26, where at that time the victim left the inn without returning, thus making the victim's husband restless by reporting it to the police.

"This case started when the husband and the victim came to stay and chatted until late at night after entering the room," he said.

He said that the victim then did not go to sleep, but instead wore shoes, causing the victim's husband to suspect and ask questions, but the victim replied no when her husband asked to come.

Then the victim's husband conducted a search even until Tuesday, October 28, all places in Sembalun, including in Mataram, would conduct a search but could not be found.

"Then the victim's husband reported the incident to the Sembalun Police," he said.

After receiving a report on the case of the loss of a foreigner's wife from Australia while staying at the Sembalun area inn, his party immediately conducted an investigation to find the whereabouts of the victim.

"The victim is still being sought, hopefully it can be found," he said.
