Seconds Of Sadistic Persecution In Bidaraacina: Prospective Wife Of Perpetrator Allegedly Triggered

The murder suspect with the initials AAS (37) who tortured his own partner to death in the Bidara Cina area, Jatinegara, East Jakarta, turned out to be just released from prison. In addition, the suspect is also positive for drugs.

"The perpetrator and the victim are both users. When we did a urine test, the perpetrator was positive for drugs," said Jatinegara Police Chief Kompol Samsono, Wednesday, October 29, 2025.

When carrying out the action, the perpetrator used drugs.

The incident began when the perpetrator with the initials AAS was sitting with his future wife E and a friend with the initials G in his rented house, Polonia Housing with his future wife with the initials E and his friend G.

At around 18.30 WIB, the victim with the initials HJ (42) passed in front of the perpetrator's rented house.

"His wife's candidate had told the perpetrator that 'it was my way through'. Hearing that, the perpetrator spontaneously got up, took a sharp weapon of the type of shipwreck from the cupboard, then chased the victim to his house which was only two houses away from where he rented it," said Samsono.

Arriving in front of the victim's house, the perpetrator immediately reprimanded the victim in a high tone and accused him of plunging his sister.

The victim, who was squatting at the time, denied the accusation. However, the perpetrator was already controlled by emotions and hit the victim in the head while swinging the shipwreck at his neck.

"As a result of the knife, the victim was injured in the left neck. He had walked out of the house while holding the wound, but soon fell outside the house face down," he said.

Seeing the victim lying down, the perpetrator stepped over the victim's body and returned to his rented house to store the weapon.

Shortly after, local residents came and tried to help the victim who was covered in blood.

From the scene of the incident, officers confiscated a number of evidences, including a shipwreck knife used by the perpetrator, as well as the victim's clothes covered in blood.

The evidence has now been secured for further investigation.

For his actions, AAS was charged with Article 351 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code concerning persecution that caused death or Article 338 of the Criminal Code concerning murder, with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.
