JAKARTA - Israeli security forces killed three Palestinian militants in the occupied West Bank.
The troops opened fire on militants planning an attack on Jenin's refugee camp, then also attacked by air, according to Israeli police and military.
There has been no immediate comment from Palestinian officials.
A large-scale Israeli military operation launched in January at Jenin's camp, which has long been the base of militant groups including Hamas and Islamic Jihad, has left most of the region neglected and destroyed.
