BTN Housingpreneur Officially Held, Target 1,500 Participants

JAKARTA - BTN held the 2025 BTN Housingpreneur annual competition to support and empower entrepreneurs in the national housing sector through useful ideas, innovations, and works.

The "Elevate Beyond Your Limit"-themed event officially opened its registration on October 22, 2025. In this 2025 BTN Housingpreneur event, BTN is targeting 1,500 participants to be able to participate in presenting their thoughts.

BTN Housingpreneur 2025 was held as an effort by BTN which has stepped towards Beyond Mortgage or more than just a mortgage channeling bank in encouraging sustainable innovation in the housing, digital technology and entrepreneurship sectors to support the vision of Indonesia Gold 2045.

"BTN is committed to empowering Indonesia's young generation, which is the driving force for transformation towards Indonesia Gold 2045 and supporting the government's agenda in the 3 Million Houses Program. Through BTN Housingpreneur, it is hoped that new entrepreneurs who have knowledge and capability to develop housing ecosystems with good environmental, social and governance principles (Environment, Social, Governance/ESG), inclusiveness, and sustainability," said BTN President Director Nixon LP Napitupulu in a press release received by VOI on Monday, October 27.

In the BTN Housingpreneur program, BTN will reward individuals with the most innovative and entrepreneurial ideas that show positive performance in developing businesses in the housing sector.

In addition, this event is expected to increase access to education and business information in the housing sector for students, entrepreneurs, and the general public, as well as facilitate networking for housing sector players. In addition, the winners will get the opportunity to participate in the three-month business incubation program from BTN.

"The winners will join the national-scale BTN Housingpreneur ecosystem and have the opportunity to become BTN's business partners," said BTN Corporate Secretary Ramon Armando.

Registration for the participants began on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, and will continue with the Kick-start BTN Housingpreneur 2025, on October 28, 2025 at the Auditorium Balai Purnomo University of Indonesia (UI), Depok.

BTN will also hold a Roadshow BTN Housingpreneur 2025 at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) on November 6, 2025, and it is planned to continue on campuses located in other cities, namely the Surabaya Institute of Technology (ITS), North Sumatra University (USU) Medan, and Hasanuddin University (Unhas) Makassar.

The participating groups were divided into three, namely Developers and Entrepreneurs, Students, and General Students (non-students). While the categories contested are Established Business for Developers and Entrepreneurs, Business Ideas for Students, and Business Ideas for the Public (non-students).
