JAKARTA The Indonesian Poltracking survey institute released the results of a national poll regarding the map of potential figures in the 2029 Presidential Election (Pilpres). The results show that Prabowo Subianto is still the figure with the highest electability level.

"The latest electoral maps show potential names that will contest in 2029. In the semi-open simulation of presidential candidates, Prabowo Subianto is still superior to other potential names," said Executive Director of Poltracking Indonesia Hanta Yuda Rasyid in a survey release, Sunday, October 19.

Based on the survey results, Prabowo Subianto achieved 48.5 percent electability, followed by Dedi Mulyadi with 15.7 percent, and Anies Baswedan with 6.3 percent.

"Meanwhile, the other names are still below 5 percent," said Hanta.

Meanwhile, for the position of vice presidential candidate (cawapres), Gibran Rakabuming Raka is far ahead with 37 percent, followed by Dedi Mulyadi at 13.6 percent, and Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) at 6.1 percent. Other names are still below 5 percent.

In the electability simulation of political parties, the Gerindra Party occupies the top position with 24.1 percent, followed by the PDI-P (15.7 percent), the Golkar Party (9.5 percent), PKB (8.4 percent), NasDem (6 percent), PKS (5.6 percent), the Democratic Party (5.4 percent), and PAN (3.9 percent).

The findings of this survey are the latest portraits. However, public assessment of the government's performance still relies heavily on policies and their impact on national economic-political life," explained Hanta.

For information, the Poltracking survey was conducted through face-to-face interviews using digital applications on October 3'10, 2025 in 38 provinces involving 1,220 respondents. The survey has a margin of error of up to 2.9 percent at a 95 percent confidence level.
