The Family Cancels Reviewing The Crime Scene Of Arya Daru's Death, Waits For The Polda Metro Jaya's Permission

The family of the young diplomat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Arya Daru Pangayunan (ADP), canceled visiting the crime scene (TKP) with investigators from the Polda Metro Jaya today.

The attorney for Dwi Librianto's family explained that the cancellation occurred because his party had not received an official permit from Polda Metro Jaya investigators, even though the application had been submitted since last week.

"I don't think it will be today. Yesterday afternoon until the evening I waited for permission from the Director of Criminal Investigation, until now it hasn't come down," said Dwi when confirmed in Jakarta, Tuesday, October 14.

He added that until now there has been no official permit from the Regional Police to conduct a review. "So it's not there yet," he said.

According to Dwi, the TKP review is very important so that the family has an objective picture before the meeting with investigators scheduled for Thursday, October 16.

Polda Metro Jaya will explain the results of the investigation regarding the death of Arya Daru Pangayunan on that day.

Head of the Public Information Sub-Division (Penmas) of Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Reonald Simanjuntak, said the presentation would cover all stages of the investigation.

"To explain all the results, starting from the crime scene to the investigation to today," said Reonald in Jakarta last week.

He added that investigators will also explain the method of searching and how to find evidence in the form of cell phones belonging to the victim which are still being sought.

Meanwhile, Dwi Librianto said that the family would ask the Polda Metro Jaya for help to trace information from boarding houses to the location of the incident, in order to understand the sequence of events before the official meeting with investigators.

"To see how the sequence is, so that when we explain, we can already get an idea," he said.

Another lawyer, Mira Widyawati, added that Polda Metro Jaya investigators also allowed families to present comparative experts, including forensic experts, CCTV, IT, and psychologists, during the presentation process.

"This means that we will present experts from the family during discussions with investigators later," said Mira.
