JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court (PN) has postponed the pretrial hearing of the alleged incitement case to hold a demonstration with the defendant admin of the Plaintiff's Student Alliance, Khariq Anhar, until Monday, October 20.
Judge Sulistyo Muhammad Dwi Putro said the postponement was carried out because the respondent had not been present even though he had been officially summoned.
"We have run the summons of the respondent, but until now it has not appeared. We will call again, the last date for the trial is October 20," said Sulistyo during a hearing at the South Jakarta District Court, Antara, Monday, October 13.
He emphasized that if the respondent is still not present at the next schedule, the pretrial examination trial will continue without the presence of the party.
The case involving Khariq Anhar is registered in two different cases.
First, the case related to whether or not the determination of the suspect is valid with number 131 / Pid.Pra / 2025 / PN JKT.SEL with the respondent Head of Polda Metro Jaya Asep Edi Suheri.
Second, the case related to whether or not the confiscation is valid with number 128 / Pid.Pra / 2025 / PN JKT.SEL with the respondent Director of Cyber Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya.
During the trial, the judge also answered the defendant's attorney's request regarding the courtroom and summons the respondent.
