Chairman of the PPP DPC OKU Regency, Aryo Dillah in Baturaja, said that his party had received the Decree of the Governor of South Sumatra Number: 687/KPTS/I/2025 regarding the temporary dismissal of Umi Hartati as a member of the OKU DPRD for the term of office in 2024-2029.
"Until now, we are still waiting for a decision from the PPP DPP to ratify the DPP Decree from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights after the X Congress," he said.
The chairman of the Hanura Party DPC OKU Regency, Joni Awaludin, admitted that his party had received the decree for further processing.

He said that currently his party is waiting for party instructions to be carried out by PAW against MF as a member of the council from his party.

Previously, the Corruption Eradication Commission named three members of the OKU DPRD, South Sumatra as suspects in the project fee case at the OKU PUPR Service.
The three are members of Commission III of the OKU DPRD (FJ), Chairman of Commission III of the OKU DPRD (FH) and Chairman of Commission II of the OKU DPRD (UH) who are currently undergoing trial at the Palembang District Court (PN).
The KPK also named the Head of the OKU (Nov) PUPR Service as a suspect along with two suspects from the private sector, namely MFZ and ASS.
