Just Two Working Days, Project Worker In Kembangan, West Jakarta, Kills Seprofession Partner

The Kembangan Police have arrested the perpetrator of the murder with the initials WDW (45) who stabbed his fellow project worker in a rented room in the Kembangan area, West Jakarta.

The victim died with wounds to the chest. Ironically, the perpetrator is a colleague of the same occupation as a village as well as a victim.

Kembangan police chief, Kompol Moch Taufik Iksan said the perpetrator was arrested within 1x24 hours.

"The perpetrators and the victims were not relatives, but they did come from one village," said Kompol Taufik when confirmed, Wednesday, October 8, 2025.

Meanwhile, the evidence that was secured was a kitchen knife, two cellphones, and the victim's clothes.

The police chief said that the perpetrator had only worked on the project for two days. The perpetrator can work because he is still a friend of the project foreman.

The perpetrator was allowed to stay at the rented house where the victim lived. Even though the victim had worked there for more than a year.

"Currently we are still investigating the motive," he said.

The police will also coordinate with the Kramat Jati Police Hospital for the psychological examination of the perpetrators.

"Because there are indications of a mental condition that is not yet stable," he said.
