Prosecutor's Office Summons TAPD Ranks Regarding NTB DPRD Pokir Funds

Aspidsus Kejati NTB Zulkifli Said (left) gave a press statement regarding the summons of the TAPD ranks in the investigation of the "Criminal Fund" of the NTB DPRD/ANTARA/Dhimas B.P.

The West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office summoned the ranks of the Regional Government Budget Team (TAPD) regarding the receipt of 'stealth funds' that emerged in the allocation of basic thought funds or pokir of the NTB Provincial DPRD for the 2025 fiscal year.

Assistant for Special Crimes at the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Zulkifli Said, said that the summons for the TAPD ranks was based on the investigation agenda.

"We have scheduled the TAPD, when? Just wait, what is clear is that they (TAPD) have not been (examined)," he said in Mataram, Antara, Wednesday, October 8.

Zulkifli said that the summons was part of an effort to trace evidence from the alleged receipt of "stealth money" by dozens of new NTB DPRD members with the amount that had been confiscated from the deposit process at the investigation stage amounting to Rp1.85 billion.

"Lebih jelasnya, nanti saja, menunggu dari mereka," ucap dia.

Pada tahap penyidikan ini terpantau jajaran DPRD NTB memenuhi panggilan pemeriksaan penyidik pada bidang pidana khusus, mulai dari ketua, wakil ketua, hingga anggota.

For executive officials from the NTB Provincial Government, they have not been seen visiting the NTB Prosecutor's Office building since the handling took place at the investigation stage in mid-September 2025.

During the investigation stage, the Head of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of NTB Province, Nursalim, was seen several times coming to the NTB Prosecutor's Office to provide clarification.

Nursalim as Head of BPKAD NTB is also listed as a member of TAPD who is chaired by the NTB Provincial Secretary and consists of the Head of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) and the Head of the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda).

The emergence of TAPD's involvement in this case is related to the alleged shift in regional budgets which has become a "stealth money" in the allocation of the NTB DPRD pokir funds sourced from the Murni APBD for the 2025 fiscal year.

The name Lalu Gita Ariadi also appeared on the agenda of calling the NTB TAPD ranks, considering that Lalu Gita recently, in mid-2025 ended her position as the NTB Provincial Secretary and was also recorded as taking responsibility as the Chair of the NTB TAPD.

When met at the NTB Prosecutor's Office after providing clarification on the investigation into the reclamation case in Gili Gede with Mohammad Rum today, then Gita chose not to comment.

"This (clarification) is another problem, not in TAPD capacity, no comment first," he said.
