JAKARTA - A year during the administration of President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, the level of public satisfaction with the performance of the Red and White Cabinet shows a positive trend.

The results of the Indo Survey & Consulting (ISC) survey noted that 12 ministers received a level of public satisfaction of more than 70 percent, signaling a fairly high public confidence in cabinet performance in the first year of government.

Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadives occupies the top position with a satisfaction level of 85 percent, followed by Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya (83 percent), Coordinating Minister for Community Empowerment Muhaimin Iskandar (82 percent), Minister of Defense Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin (80 percent), and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sugiono (79 percent).

Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi received 77 percent, Minister of Basic and Secondary Education Abdul Mu'ti 76 percent, Minister of Religion Nasaruddin Umar 75 percent, and Minister of Law Supratman 73 percent.

Meanwhile, three other names, namely the Minister of Investment and Downstreaming Rosan Roeslani, Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian, and Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Djamari Chaniago, got the same score, namely 70 percent.

Political analyst at Muhammadiyah University, Tangerang, Ahmad Chumayy, assessed that the survey results showed that the majority of ministers were able to maintain public trust in President Prabowo's policy direction. "This figure relatively shows public confidence in the government's performance quite well over the past year," said Ahmad, Monday, October 6.

According to Ahmad, there are three prominent figures in supporting the effectiveness of the government: Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadivewa, Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, and Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian. The three of them are considered capable of maintaining the consistency of Prabowo's policy execution in the field.

"Purbaya not only maintains fiscal stability, but also unites the direction of macroeconomic policy and the real sector, including price and investment control. Teddy acts as a policy synchronization machine so that inter-ministerial programs do not overlap," explained Ahmad.

Tito, he continued, became a prominent figure because of his technocratic abilities in ensuring that the central policy runs effectively to the regions.

"The public sees Tito as a minister who has a strong cruising range and consistently works in the field. He maintains the continuity between President Prabowo's national vision and the reality of the bureaucracy in the regions," he explained.

Ahmad said Tito also played an important role in strategic issues such as controlling regional inflation, synchronizing regional fiscals, to escorting the Free Nutrition Food (MBG) program which had faced technical problems.

"The challenge is not easy, coordination between levels of government is always complex. But the public thinks Tito is quite stable and consistent in dealing with it," he said.

Executive Director of the Indonesia Political Review (IPR), Iwan Setiawan, referred to Purbaya, Teddy, and Tito as the most prominent trio executor' of President Prabowo's policy during the first year of government.

"They are agile and responsive to the dynamics of policies that demand speed and precision of execution," said Iwan.

According to him, Tito is a key figure who often gets a direct mandate from President Prabowo, from controlling inflation to ensuring that the cross-agency synergy is effective.

" Tito's steps show strong managerial capacity and a solution to leadership in situations that demand cross-sectoral coordination," he said.

Meanwhile, Purbaya is considered successful in reviving the new spirit in the field of state finance with a firm but communicative approach. Teddy Indra Wijaya is also said to have succeeded in becoming an effective bridge between the palace and the ministry with a systematic, fast, and efficient work character.

Despite the positive trend of public satisfaction, analysts assess that the Red and White Cabinet still faces major challenges. Food and energy price stability, inflation control, and cross-ministerial consolidation are referred to as the main homework of the Prabowo-Gibran government going forward.

The ISC survey was conducted throughout September 2025 on 1,200 respondents over the age of 17 with a margin of error of up to 2.8 percent and a 95 percent confidence level. The four aspects of the assessment used include actual performance (40 percent), popularity (25 percent), closeness to the people (20 percent), and integrity and transparency (15 percent).
