PENAJAM PASER UTARA - The settlement of the rights of residents of North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan Province, affected by the National Strategic Project (PSN) supporting the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) through the second phase of the Agrarian Reform Program began to be processed by the local district Agrarian Reform Task Force (GTRA).

The handover of land rights for residents affected by PSN supporting IKN phase two is divided into clusters based on kelurahan/village areas, which are included in the object and subject of agrarian reform.

The second stage is for land that has been prepared and has not changed the field map, and re-verification of the recipients is carried out whether there is a data change or not, then a report is made on the handover of agrarian reform land.

Phase two begins the process of re-verifying the data on residents who receive agrarian reforms who have previously gone through a verification process in the sub-district, then prepare a report on the handover of agrarian reform land to residents who are entitled according to the requirements.

The agrarian reform land prepared by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) is above the land management rights (HPL) of the Land Bank Agency with an area of 1,873 hectares and is intended for 676 subjects or recipients.

The Land Bank Agency has a HPL with an area of 4,162 hectares in Jenebora, Gersik, Lango Beach and Riko Villages in Penajam District and Maridan Village in Sepaku District, North Penajam Paser Regency.

The HPL is a former land for business rights (HGU) of PT Triteknik Kalimantan Abadi (TKA), managed by the Land Bank Agency for the Agrarian Reform Program covering an area of 1,873 hectares, the construction of Nusantara International Airport 621 hectares, the development of the Penajam Eco City area 1,000 hectares and others.

Phase one of the handover of agrarian reform land has been carried out by the North Penajam Paser Regency GTRA Team for 129 agrarian reform subjects with a total land area of around 400 hectares.

"The handover of the first phase of the reforma land is for residents of North Penajam Paser Regency affected by PSN for the construction of Nusantara International Airport and the IKN toll road section 5B," said Nicko Herlambang.
