According To Prabowo's Wishes, BGN Ensures That The MBG Program Is Not Stopped

The Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) ensures that the Free Nutrition Food (MBG) program will continue even though currently the poisoning caused by consuming MBG has been experienced by thousands of students.

Dadan emphasized that President Prabowo is still ordering BGN to continue to accelerate the distribution of MBG so that more students are beneficiaries of the program.

"I am still ordered by the President to accelerate, because there are many children, many parents are looking forward to receiving free nutritious meals," said Dadan at the Ministry of Health office, South Jakarta, Thursday, October 2.

The way for the MBG program, according to Dadan, can only stop if Prabowo has ordered it.

"Out of that order, I will continue to carry out it, unless the President issues another order," continued Dadan.

What is clear is that currently BGN is still investigating and evaluating the nutritional fulfillment service unit (SPPG) or the MBG kitchen which is the culprit for poisoning cases in various regions.

The SPPG manager, continued Dadan, must also restore their image in the eyes of the community. This is necessary so that Prabowo's flagship program is not tarnished in the eyes of the public.

"Every time something happens, someone gets hurt, every time something happens there are parents who are worried, every time something happens, there is also public trust that is disturbed, which is scratched," said Dadan.

"Therefore, the SPPG concerned, both to the SPPG and its partners, must take approaches related to trauma that appears in the community, and that is one of the tasks that must be done," he continued.
