Commotion Leads To Death At Bmart Kemayoran Entertainment Place, 1 Person Dies

JAKARTA - A commotion between youth occurred at a Bmart Kemayoran entertainment venue, Central Jakarta on Wednesday night, October 1, 2025.

According to information gathered, one young man reportedly died in the incident of the commotion. However, the identity of the victim is not yet known.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Central Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Roby Hery Saputra, confirmed the incident.

"That's right. The perpetrator is still being chased," said AKBP Roby when confirmed by VOI, Thursday, October 2, 2025.

However, Kasat has not been able to explain the chronology of the commotion that led to the death of a young man. The motive for the commotion is also unknown.

"Not yet. All of the suspects have not been arrested. We are still pursuing (the perpetrators)," he said.

Meanwhile, a number of witnesses have also been questioned at the Central Jakarta Metro Police Satreskrim. The police also collected evidence of CCTV footage at the scene.

Meanwhile, Bmart Kemayoran entertainment venues have also been installed with police lines for investigation purposes.

Currently, the case is still being handled by the Central Jakarta Metro Police Satreskrim.
