Brigadier Hospital Rejects Reconstruction At The Location Of The Discovery Of Brigadier Esco's Body

Brigadier Rizka Sintiani, who is a suspect, refused to carry out reconstruction at the location where her husband's body was found by Brigadier Esco Faska Rely in the garden behind his house, Jembatan Hangung Village, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.

"Rejecting is the right of the suspect. We have conveyed it, we will carry out further reconstruction," said Head of Sub-Directorate III Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda NTB AKBP Catur Erwin Setiawan as reported by ANTARA, Monday, September 29.

Brigadier Riska was seen only demonstrating the scene of the series of alleged murder cases in his home area.

The suspect, Brigadier Riska, demonstrated 50 scenes. Starting from the asphalt road before entering the alley of the house where Brigadier Riska lived with the deceased and his two children. The first scene is about 10 meters from the gate of the house.

In the fourth scene to the next, starting from the gate of the suspect's house, Brigadier Riska, the police prohibited the entry of journalists and residents by installing police lines.

Due to the reconstruction activity, Catur emphasized that his party from the West Lombok Police Satreskrim investigators would use the results as supporting evidence in determining Brigadier Riska as a suspect.

Brigadier Riska in this case was named a suspect on suspicion of the murder of her husband on Tuesday night (19/8).

The police apply Article 44 paragraph (3) of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence (PKDRT) or Article 340 of the Criminal Code concerning premeditated murder or Article 338 of the Criminal Code concerning murder.
