MPR Chair: In The Prabowo Era, Indonesia's Position Is Increasingly Respected By The World, Including The Middle East

JAKARTA - Since being led by President Prabowo Subianto, MPR Chairman Ahmad Muzani assessed that Indonesia's position in the eyes of the world, especially the Middle East region, is now increasingly respected.

"Indonesia is currently under the ownership of Mr. Prabowo Subianto, highly respected in the Middle East world," said Muzani at the Middle East Alumni Network National Conference (JATTI), quoted from ANTARA, Saturday, September 27.

According to Muzani, Prabowo's recognition of leadership is increasingly recognized in the eyes of the international community, especially after his speech on the UN stage discussed Palestine.

In his speech, Prabowo supported peace in the world, including Palestine and all other conflict areas.

"His speech is considered to bring a new perspective, a new way of thinking about world planning, about religious dialogue and dialogue between eastern and western countries," said Muzani.

In fact, according to him, the speech received a positive response from the President of the United States to the Prime Minister of Israel something that rarely happens to a head of state.

"If we pay attention, there has never been a positive response from America and Israel about one head of state's speech except to the Republic of Indonesia," he said.

Muzani hopes that the fresh air exhaled by President Prabowo will be able to strengthen the spirit of the Palestinian people's struggle towards independence.

Not only that, he also hopes that Prabowo's speech can increase world recognition of Indonesia.
