KPK Asks Lisa Mariana Not To Talk On Social Media About The BJB Case: Submit It To Direct Investigators

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) asked Lisa Mariana not to carelessly talk about alleged corruption in the procurement of advertisements at the West Java and Banten Tbk Regional Development Banks or Bank BJB (BJBR). All information should be submitted directly to investigators.

This was conveyed by the acting (Plt) Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu when asked about the celebgram's statement on his Instagram account.

Lisa admitted that she had given a list of the names of women suspected of receiving money from former West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil.

"It should be yes, LM should have conveyed that when examined here, not (on social media, ed)," Asep told reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday, September 25.

Asep said that Lisa had actually been given the opportunity to provide information and information she knew when being examined.

Lisa Mariana is known to have been questioned by investigators in this case at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta on Friday, August 22.

Even so, Asep said investigators would investigate the names of the women suspected of receiving money from RK. This process is carried out, such as Lisa actually submitting a list of names.

"This means that the investigators are investigating it when they have been given it," said Asep.

The name Ridwan Kamil was dragged into the vortex of this corruption case after investigators searched his house. There, investigators confiscated a vehicle in the form of a Royal Enfield motorbike.

Not only that, investigators also confiscated the Mercedes Benz 280 SL or Mercedes Benz 'Pagoda' which had just been restored from a workshop in the Bandung area, West Java.

Previously reported, the KPK has named five suspects in connection with allegations of corruption in the procurement of advertisements at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk or Bank BJB (BJBR). They are former President Director of Bank BJB Yuddy Renaldi; Head of Corporate Secretary Division of Bank BJB Widi Hartoto; Agency Controller Antedja Muliatama and Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri Kin Asikin Dulmanan; Agency Controlling BSC Advertising and PT Wahana Semesta Bandung Express (WSBE) Suhendrik; and Controlling PT Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama (CKSB) and PT Cipta Karya Mandiri Bersama (CKMB) Raden Sophan Jaya Kusuma.

This case investigation warrant (sprindik) was issued on February 27, 2025. The actions of the five suspects are suspected of having caused the state to lose up to Rp22 billion.

Currently, the detention has not been carried out on five suspects. However, they have been prevented from traveling abroad for six months and can be extended according to the needs of the investigation.
