Road Barrier Collision On Pesing Flyover, Motorcyclist From Kebumen Killed By Truck Run Over

JAKARTA - A motorcyclist named Kasiran (46) was found dead when he was hit by a truck while crossing Jalan Daan Mogot, precisely near the Pesing Flyover climb, Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta, Tuesday, September 23, 2025, afternoon.

The victim from Kebumen Regency, Central Java is known to be riding a Honda motorcycle with the number R 4571 XD. As a result of the accident, the victim died on the spot. While the motorbike he was driving was also destroyed.

Head of Laka Satlantas Polres Metro West Jakarta, AKP Joko said the accident started when a motorcyclist with the initials K drove on Jalan Daan Mogot, from east to west.

Arriving near the Pesing flyover flyover in the Grogol Petamburan area, West Jakarta, the victim hit the Pesing flyover barrier and bounced apart from his motorbike in the opposite direction.

"The victim fell under a light truck driven by AE which was oppositely driven," said AKP Joko when confirmed by VOI, Tuesday, September 23, 2025.

Meanwhile, the victim's motorbike continued to go forward and hit Daihatsu Boks driven by the US who was driving in front of the victim's previous direction.

"The motorcyclist died at the scene. Then the body was taken to the Tangerang Hospital," he said.

Regarding the incident, members of the West Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Unit conducted a crime scene and looked for witnesses and evidence. Then make a police report and the chronology of the incident.
