JAKARTA - A commotion between groups took place on Jalan Kramat III, Kenari Village, Senen District, Central Jakarta.

According to information gathered, the commotion occurred due to a fight over inheritance land. The two warring parties are still one family.

The incident was recorded by the residents' amateur cameras and then uploaded to social media Instagram.

"It was seen that a man in a ramlian-haired yellow hat was beaten by a number of emotional masses. Several times the man was hit hard," wrote the caption of the upload.

The commotion was finally dispersed by local Babinsa and Binmas members.

Head of Public Relations of the Central Jakarta Metro Police, Iptu Ruslan, confirmed the incident.

"Both of them have reported to each other. Report to the Central Jakarta Police," said Iptu Ruslan when confirmed by VOI, Monday, September 15, 2025, evening.
