He emphasized that the suspect HF was charged with Article 2 paragraph (1) and Article 3 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption as amended in Law Number 20 of 2001 and Article 9 of the Anti-Corruption Law.
"With the threat of a minimum prison sentence of 4 years and a maximum of 20 years and a fine of up to Rp. 1 billion," he concluded.
