Pramono Targets Provision Of 19,809 Residential Units, Facilitation Of Loans From Bank Jakarta

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung revealed that the DKI Provincial Government is targeting the provision of occupancy of up to 19,809 houses in Jakarta. This is part of President Prabowo Subianto's program of 3 million houses.

This was revealed by Pramono in the housing program credit socialization event with the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP).

"The DKI Provincial Government provides full support. Today we are conducting credit socialization for a useful housing program, both for developers and people who want to build houses," said Pramono at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Wednesday, September 10.

Pramono hopes that the cooperation in providing housing credit facilities between the DKI Provincial Government through Bank Jakarta and the Ministry of PKP can be finalized. So, in the future, more Jakarta residents will be able to have decent housing.

"Today we are socializing housing program loans which are very useful for developers and for people who will build or be involved in the sector. Hopefully this will also strengthen what has become a program launched by the President," said Pramono.

President Director of Bank Jakarta Agus H. Widodo stated that his party welcomed and fully supported the housing fulfillment program for the people who were also accelerated by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.

"As a strategic partner of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, Bank Jakarta is also present to support the fulfillment of residential needs through access to housing financing, so that it can reach the wider community from various segments, including building active collaborations with residential developers," said Agus.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait said that preparations for providing houses in Jakarta have a fairly complete ecosystem, ranging from developers, providers of building materials, to people who are interested in housing loans, the majority of which are MSME actors.

"That's something extraordinary and the banks have confirmed earlier. Both from Himbara banks such as Mandiri, BRI, BTN, then also from their private banks, and also Bank Jakarta has also stated that they support this program," said Ara.
