Family Asks For Help From TNI Commander Reveals The Mystery Of Arya Daru's Death

Jakarta The mystery behind the death of the young diplomat of the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Kemlu), Arya Daru Pangayunan, still leaves a big question mark for his family and those closest to him.

The loss has not been fully treated, especially when they feel that this case has not been completely revealed.

In order to seek justice, the family stepped again, this time by bringing their voices to the TNI Headquarters in Cilangkap, East Jakarta, on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.

"We came to the TNI Headquarters to ask the TNI Commander to help uncover the case of Arya Daru's death," said Marwan Iswandi, the family's attorney, when contacted, Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

Marwan and his legal team hope that the support of the TNI can pave the light, because the family believes that there are many irregularities that surround Arya's departure.

"A lot of things don't make sense. Our guess is that Arya didn't die normally, but was killed," he said firmly.

Arya during his life was known to be diligent in handling major cases, one of which was related to cross-border human trafficking. This is what makes the family increasingly wonder: is his job related to the tragedy that befell him?

According to Marwan, the investigation carried out by the Polda Metro Jaya so far was deemed not to be running professionally. The public began to question the seriousness of law enforcement officials.

"The question now is, is the police unprofessional in handling this case?" he said.

Furthermore, Marwan suspects that there are certain interests that make this case seem to be covered up. Therefore, his party requested that the investigation be carried out openly and professionally, for the sake of justice for Arya and his family.
