24-Year-Old Youth Found Dead In ITC Roxy Mas Apartment, Allegedly Suicide

JAKARTA - A young man with the initials H (24) was found dead in the parking area of the ITC Roxy Mas apartment car, Gambir District, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, September 9, 2025. The victim allegedly jumped from the 5th floor of the apartment.

The incident caused a stir among Roxy Mas visitors and other apartment residents. A number of apartment residents also continued to crowd the scene.

Meanwhile, the security forces immediately closed the victim's body in a cardboard box. Residents reported the case to the Gambir Metro Police

"The victim was found dead face down," said Gambir Metro Police Chief, Kompol Rezeki Revi Respati when confirmed by VOI, Tuesday night.

The police chief said the motive for the incident was still being investigated by the Gambir Metro Police.

"It is suspected that suicide by jumping is still under investigation," he said.

Meanwhile, at the time of the incident, members of the Gambir Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit had conducted a crime scene investigation and examined witnesses related to the incident.

"One witness was examined with the initials DR (41). The case is still under investigation," he said.
