Really Sadistic! 2 Perpetrators Who Killed And Bury A Family In Indramayu Threatened With The Death Penalty

The West Java Regional Police's Ditreskrimum, Kombes Ade Sapari, confirmed that the two perpetrators of the premeditated murder of a family inuringman Village, Indramayu District, Indramayu Regency, were threatened with the death penalty.

Both were charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code concerning premeditated murder and Article 80 Paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 76C of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection.

"They face the death penalty, life imprisonment, and/or a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. Because this is sadistic, sadistic, in one day they spend five lives and then bury the victim in the backyard," said Ade in Bandung, Antara, Tuesday, September 9.

The main perpetrator with the initials R (35) is known to be a recidivist in a case of severe abuse. In this action, he was assisted by his colleague P (29) who was invited with the lure of Rp100 million.

"R is a recidivist, the main actor. Meanwhile, P is the first time he has committed a crime," he said.

In this incident, five victims died, namely Sahroni (76), Budi Awaludin (45), Euis Juwita Sari (43), RK (7), and an 8-month-old baby.

The incident was first revealed on Monday, September 1 when residents found the body buried in the area behind the victim's house on Jalan Siliwangi No. 52, OK.

The Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Kombes Hendra Rochmawan, explained that the incident began with a dispute between R and the victim Budi Awaludin regarding the rental of a car of Rp. 750 thousand.

It is known that perpetrator R felt aggrieved after Budi refused to return the rent on the grounds that it had been used to shop for daily necessities.

"But Budi refused on the grounds that the money had been used for shopping for basic necessities. Feeling annoyed, R then planned a murder by inviting P," said Hendra.
